On 6/4/10, our central A/C died. We called several companies, and your company was the first one who called us back. Your representative, Tom Christie, contacted us and set up an appointment for that day. He came right on time and quickly got right down to business, addressing our many questions and concerns. We also needed our ductwork reworked, and Ken Mannkerz came out to measure everything and to draw up all the specifics. Dear Mr. Harris,
Testimonial So often I this hectic world we live in, the only time that you hear from customers is when they have a complaint or problem. This letter is meant to be a refreshing change from that thought. Recently, Emil and I purchased a new heater from your company and were anxiously awaiting installation. We were satisfied with the salesman and the reputation of your company. We have been an automatic fuel customer for the last several years.

I would like to take this opportunity to speak to you regarding the servicemen that installed our system. They were Hgarth, P. and Chris, J. These men are a credit to your organization. From the time they arrived until the job was complete they were truly professional, knowledgeable in their work, explaining to my husband every step of the job; their concern of our home, making sure that they covered anything that was needed; and working under less than desirable conditions (it was hot and sticky, and the air conditioning was down because of the installation) and still doing excellent work: When the installation was completed they made sure that they cleaned the area and removed any trash that had accumulated. Lastly, they walked us through all of the changes and made sure we understood the workings of the heater, air conditioner and the thermostat.

We would like to thank you and your organization for employing suck knowledgeable service men, and know that if we ever need service that we would not hesitate to call Harris Fuels.

Harris replaced the furnace in our 2300 square foot home. They removed the old unit. They did an excellent job. It took them 3 days to get the old furnace apart and discarded. Considering the amount of work that they did, it was impressive that they did not deviate from the original contract. I like that they were neat and punctual as well.
